I try, I can go every 6 weeks since my blood type to give to someone, and more desperate.
A few things I do to save myself, having the gift to take a multivitamin with iron, eating a good meal before and after doing many sips of water the day before and the next day nothing, and after intense gift at least one day.

I'm fat and I'm not dizzy or anything. It's fun and painless. It will also save people. I heard rumors that gap and do not use it often. But anyway, this is the stage. And you have to wait at least 56 days between whole blood donation. You can donate again on 3 or 4 December, yay.
